Antioxidant Smoothie for Breakfast

A perfect drink to maintain healthy skin and hormonal balance, which helps slow down aging at an early age.

This shake is packed with powerful antioxidants from AMAATÉ, red berries, and superfoods like cocoa powder and chia.

INGREDIENTS (1 serving) 
1 cup of cold tea AMAATÉ 1/2 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
1/2 cup strawberries (fresh or frozen)
1 tbsp rolled oats
1 tsp chia
1/2 cup of yogurt without sugar 
1/2 tsp coconut oil
1 tsp cocoa powder

PREPARATION
1. Add all the ingredients to the blender.
2. Blend at high speed until it gets homogeneous.
3.Enjoy!
