Light Antioxidant Smoothie

This gluten-free and dairy-free antioxidant banana smoothie with berries is an excellent breakfast forma hoy weather. 

A powerful mix, rich in antioxidants thanks to tea AMAATÉ and berries, which provides numerous health benefits, from strengthening the immune system to reducing the damage that free radicals produce in our body, the cellular damage caused by a poor diet and environmental pollutants, as well as daily stress.

INGREDIENTS (1 serving)
1 cup of cold AMAATÉ
1 and 1/3 cup berries (fresh or frozen)
1 banana
Honey or sugar to taste (optional)
1 tsp protein powder

 PREPARATION

  1. Add all the ingredients to the blender.
  2. Blend at high speed until it gets homogeneous.
  3. Serve in a glass and add banana slices to decorate.  Enjoy it!
